- Recruiting a diverse workforce.
- Partnering with diverse influencers and talent agents.
- Using unbiased and non-discriminatory methods of identification for influencers.
- Working with charity partners to further widen the message of diversity and best practices when it comes to working with influencers.

We will report our performance internally.
